Join us for our signature Say Yes Club 5km run - with a singles twist. We’re kicking things off at Highbury Fields with some energising warm-up drills and stretches to get the good vibes (and glutes) activated. Then it’s 5km your way - walk, jog, or run - with friendly pacers and a bag drop to keep things easy-breezy. Whether you're here for the movement, the mingling, or the chance to catch someone’s eye mid-sprint, this isn’t a race - it’s a vibe. Expect encouraging energy, shared side stitches, and maybe a few flirty glances along the way. Your 5km ends at House of Hammerton, where we’ll head up to the pub’s balcony for a well-earned drink (included in your ticket) and a proper debrief. Think chilled chats, new faces, and the kind of connections that go well beyond Strava segments. Come solo, leave smiling, and maybe with a new running buddy or date. This isn’t just a run. It’s a chance to move, meet, and maybe match. All fitness levels welcome. All flirting optional.
