Sober Speed Dating is a grounded, cosy and genuinely enjoyable way to meet new people in real life - without alcohol, small-talk anxiety or awkward first-date energy. This event is for straight singles in their mid 40s to 60 (most attendees will fall within the 48–58 age range) who are sober-friendly, sober-curious or simply intrigued by the idea of dating without needing a drink to make it feel easier. Over two hours you’ll experience: • Guided 5-minute connection rounds • Light, playful games that break the ice naturally • A relaxed mid-way break • A welcome alcohol-free drink included • Easy mingling at the end • A warm, respectful and feel-good environment Sober Speed Dating works because it replaces performance with presence. When you’re engaged in a shared activity, you relax, you laugh, you make eye contact and chemistry has a chance to show up without effort. Spaces are limited to 12 men and 12 women to keep the atmosphere intimate and inclusive so that everyone gets meaningful interactions.
