We've made DateWildly as simple as we can, because dating is complicated enough. Set up a profile, browse events and buy a ticket. Tell your friends and have a fun night out, then check back into DateWildly at 9am the next morning to see all attendees from the night before. Swipe right to match with anyone you enjoyed meeting and continue your conversation or arrange a meet up!

In order for the matching post-event to work, it's important that everyone has a complete profile so they are able to recognise connections from the night before. We've made the profile super simple, after all, it's about the vibe when you meet, not a list of interests! Trust us, the 3 mins spent creating your profile will be worth it.

There is no cost to signing up, the only cost is when you purchase a ticket – you'll be charged the ticket price plus a booking fee which covers the Stripe payment charge (clearly stated on the event page). You must have a profile to be able to purchase tickets to the events, to allow for the match function to work properly post-event.

Unlike traditional dating apps, DateWildly focuses on real-life connections first. We bring singles together at curated events where you can meet people naturally. After the event, you can match with the people you connected with by logging back in to your account, making the dating experience more authentic and meaningful. No endless swiping through profiles of people you'll never meet!

We aim to offer something for everyone and avoid any of the typical (cringe) dating events like speed dating – we offer events that you'd want to go to anyway, it just so happens that everyone is single. All events are carefully curated to create natural opportunities for singles to connect in a comfortable, low-pressure environment.

After attending an event, all attendees from the event will appear in the Match section of the app at 9am the morning after. You can then browse through profiles and match with the people you connected with the night before. If they match back, you can start chatting and plan your next meeting. This way, you're only matching with people you've actually met and had a connection with.

Event prices vary depending on the type of event, venue, and what's included. The price is always clearly displayed when you browse events, and we'll always try and have a range of price levels so there's something for everyone.

Attendee profiles become available at 9am the morning after each event, which you can review whenever you're ready to start matching! We'll send you an email reminder to let you know when they're up.

Safety is our top priority. All events are hosted in public venues with vetted hosts. If for any reason you feel either an attendee or event host is being inappropriate or shouldn't be at the event, please report them at hello@datewildly.com and we will take the necessary measures. We recommend meeting matches from events in public places and following standard dating safety practices.

Yes! We're always looking for passionate people to host events for singles. If you're interested in becoming a host, visit our 'Become a Host' page or contact us directly at hosts@datewildly.com

Each event host will state their refund policy on the event page – please check the event page or your confirmation email for specific terms or contact the event host direct. Event host contact details can be found on their host page (if not on the event page).

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@datewildly.com. This will remove your profile from the platform and prevent you from purchasing event tickets. Note that deleting your account will also remove your access to chat with existing matches.

Our matching is based on real-world interactions rather than algorithms. Since you can only match with people you've actually met at events, you already know if there's a connection. This leads to more meaningful matches and better conversation starters - you can reference shared experiences from the event.

Yes, most participants attend solo - we find that being solo often leads to more meaningful connections as you're more likely to meet new people.

Yes, you can bring a friend, but they must also register and meet the event's criteria.

Our events typically attract singles aged 25-45, though this can vary by event type and location and we aim to open it up to a wider audience as we grow. Each event will state the age range it is meant for – you will be able to purchase tickets for events that are within your age group.

Whilst we get started and are in the beta phase of DateWildly, we're focusing on one area to really test the platform, which is London for the time being. We hope that as we grow, we will be able to expand to locations across the globe! But we can't get ahead of ourselves… If we're not in your city yet, sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to new locations or let us know where you want us to go next via the contact form.

As with location, we are limited in what we can offer whilst in beta phase as we need to focus on a specific audience. However we want to make sure DateWildly is an inclusive platform so as soon as we can expand to other preferences we will do!

Each event host provides their own refund policy for their events so please check the event page or ticket for your specific event's refund terms.

Hosts will always try not to cancel events, but occasionally this can't be avoided. If for some reason an event that you have purchased a ticket for needs to be cancelled, all ticketholders will be given at least 48 hours' notice and a full refund (excluding booking fee).

We carefully vet all our event hosts and venues to ensure high-quality experiences. We also collect feedback after each event to continuously improve. Our goal is to create a safe, fun and respectful environment for meaningful connections.
