These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DateWildly Ltd ("we", "us", "our") including our mobile app, website, and any events you attend through the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our app or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information on your profile
- Treat other users respectfully
- Not post or share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
- Not impersonate others or use multiple accounts to deceive
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
4. Events and Ticketing
- Tickets for events are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- You must show proof of purchase (digital or physical) at the event.
- We are not liable for any issues with third-party venues or services at events.
- Refunds are only issued in line with the individual Event Host's Refund Policy.
5. Payments
- Most events require payment for a ticket.
- Payments are handled securely by trusted third-party providers.
- We do not store your full payment card information.
6. Cancellations & Account Termination
You can cancel your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legal reasons.
7. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Match outcomes or relationships that result from the app
- User-generated content
- Behaviour of other users at events
- Third-party services or apps linked to or used by our platform
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users of major changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
